You will find a simple form where you can choose the type of electricity connection you want. In the Distribution Company list, make sure to select MEPCO. Fill out the rest of the form, upload scanned copies of the required documents, and then submit your application for a new connection.

How to Apply for a New MEPCO Electricity Connection?

1-Fill Out the Online Application: [Click Here].

2-Upload Required Documents:

  • Proof of ownership
  • Undertaking by the applicant
  • Power of attorney (if more than one owner)
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) if you are a tenant
  • Attested copy of your CNIC
  • Attested copies of CNICs of two witnesses (not needed for single-phase connection)
  • A copy of the relevant tariff signed by you

3-Submit the Application Form (Online Meter Application).

4-Get a Printed Copy of the application form.

5-Attach Copies of All Required Documents to the printed form.

6-Send the Complete Application with all attachments to the relevant office.

7-Document Verification: After your documents are checked, you will receive a demand notice.

8-Pay the Demand Notice at the designated bank.

9-Submit a Copy of the Paid Demand Notice to the office.

10-Meter Installation: The meter will be installed once the paid notice is verified.
