3 Instalments for Bills Over 100,000 PKR
For bills exceeding 100,000 PKR, you should approach the Deputy Manager Officer. This option is also available if your connection is disconnected due to an unpaid bill of 100,000 PKR.

4 Instalments for Bills Over 500,000 PKR
If your bill is more than 500,000 PKR, contact the Manager Operations. You can also reach out to him if your connection is disconnected due to an unpaid bill of 500,000 PKR.

12 Instalments for Bills Over 1,000,000 PKR
For bills over 1,000,000 PKR, you can approach the Chief Engineer to arrange 12 instalments. If your connection is disconnected due to an unpaid bill of 1,000,000 PKR, you can reactivate it by paying the bill in 6 instalments.
